  • Condition: **PARROTS ON STUMPS:
    RED BODY:
Although there is no strong fluorescence, the patches of blue on the wings and tail are a bit more evident in this light. One claw appears to have been restored or touched up. There is an old, shallow filled firing crack at the lower edge into the underside.
    RED/YELLOW:
One claw fluoresces. Wings a bit darker blue at the tips. Losses to branches and bocage.

    PARROTS ON BRONZE BASES:
Bronze bases with areas of oxidation to gilt.
    RED TAIL:
Nothing fluoresces. Claws with restorations and touch-ups. Red tips of wings and tail with well-integrated restorations.
    BLUE TAIL:
The figure is slightly larger. Nick to beak tip. The overall heavy glaze has removed any tactile delineations along with many visible painted "strokes" of feather details. Feet loosely painted and probably restored.

    SMALL PARROT:
Old professional restoration around the entire underside and tops of legs visible with fluorescence.
