Two Meissen Porcelain Figures of Rosenkavalier and His Companion

19th century, German, from the "Lace Gardener" series created by Acier between 1764 and 1779, with porcelain lace trimming the male gardener's waist coat and ruff and the female's bodice and skirt ruffle, both with underglaze blue crossed swords, the male with incised "C 13." and impressed "127", the female with incised "C 12." and impressed "124" .
