There Are Multiple Ways to Bid

Whether you prefer to bid by phone or online, in person or as an absentee bidder, NOAG offers a variety of convenient ways to bid. We stand ready to help guide you through the process and to answer any questions you may have. All you have to do is ask.

In Person

Planning to bid in person? Our gallery opens at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the auction, but you can register to receive a paddle whenever you arrive. It is not necessary to register in advance if you are attending the auction in person.

We are pleased to offer bidders a catered selection of food and refreshments throughout the day. We strive to make the in-person experience comfortable and enjoyable for our bidders. Attending an auction is a unique and exciting experience and we encourage you to join us!

Telephone & Absentee Bidding

While we encourage bidders to create an account and use our online bidding platform, we do offer a fillable bid form for those that prefer to submit their bids without an online account. A printable pdf bid form is available on request. We ask that you provide all of the requested information, even if you have bid with NOAG in the past. Note that you will be required to submit a valid credit card. You can email your bid form to [email protected].

The fillable online bid form allows you to submit both telephone and absentee bids. Be sure to indicate the preferred telephone number you will use for bidding. You can add as many lots as you would like. If you would like to leave a safety bid with your telephone bid(s), please add that amount to the “Absentee Bid / Phone Bid” field.

You will receive an email once your bid(s) have been confirmed.

Live Online

The best way to bid live during the auction, or leave advance absentee bids, is directly on our website. The first step is to create an account (note that if this is your first time using our new website, you will be prompted to update your password). In order to bid, we ask that you add a valid credit card to your billing information.

Under your account, you can view current or past bids, and review any saved lots. You will also be alerted if you have been outbid leading up to and during the auction. Please note that you will have to register for each auction, but once your account is established, you will be automatically approved to bid.

Live online bidding is also available via LiveAuctioneers or Invaluable. You will need to first register with these sites, including supplying credit card information, before being able to bid online with NOAG.

We recommend signing up at least a day in advance for any online platform due to the high volume of last-minute requests and registrations.
