Authorizing the Release of Your Items

Whether you are using a third-party shipper or someone will be picking up on your behalf, you must fill out a Release Form to inform us of your choice and authorize your shipper (or anyone not named on your invoice) to pick up your purchases.

If we do not receive this form, we will not be able to release your items.

Picking Up in Person

We kindly ask that you make an appointment to pick up your items in order to minimize any wait time. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please provide us at least 48 hours notice for large pick ups. 

While we strive to assist all of our clients as quickly as possible, an appointment allows us to ensure that your items are accessible and ready to be released when you arrive at our gallery.

If you are using a third-party shipper, they will coordinate a pick up time with us.
