  • Condition: Overall Condition: Good. A very nice set with no condition issues noted beyond the expected signs of age and occasional use. Knife blades are plated steel and show some wear to the plating at the sharp edges with a few scattered nicks, but are in surprisingly good condition, all tight and well-seated with no split or loose handles. Nice details. Solid pieces marked (solid pieces on the underside, in the die; hollow handle pieces stamped, near the ferrule) with the Whiting "W-chimera" and "Sterling Pat. 1902 R'd. 1902".
