American Rococo Revival Rosewood Cabinet-Base Etagere

third quarter 19th century, attributed to J. H. Belter, New York, the upper section with a floral- and shell-carved crest over an arched mirror plate in a molded frame, flanked by serpentine shelves on carved columns and brackets, backed by a mirror plate, the base with a serpentine marble top over a frieze drawer and door with glazed panels, the door opening to reveal a fitted interior, flanked by shelves backed with mirrors.
