Art Deco Burlwood, Brass and Mahogany Dining Table

second quarter 19th century, the top with dramatic burled elm framed by satinwood, above a birdseye-veneered apron, raised on reeded columns joined to a burlwood base mounted with a brass foot rail.

  • Condition: **In overall good condition. The pieces exhibits minor rubbing, wear and abrasions consistent with age and use. The finish is a bit thin in spots, most notably the perimeter of the top.

    Stable and functional. The ends of the apron are fitted with drawing runners to accommodate leaves, not present.

    No notable veneer issues observed.

    Oxidation to brass.
