Condition: **In estate condition. Soiling, craquelure and flake chip losses to paint include a spot in the sky, one in the lower horizon along with cupping, one to the roof of the house and in the foreground. Scattered inpainting repairs in the sky and possibly other areas but hard for UV light to completely penetrate the varnish layer. Frame with losses to gesso.
