Bergman Cold-Painted Vienna Bronze Squab, ca. 1900, Austrian, the realistically painted bird with an incised "B" within a double-handled urn and impressed "Geschutzt" underneath the tail, h. 5-3/4", l. 7-1/2".


  • Condition: In overall good condition with lots of great detail. Original painted surfaces generally intact. Rubbed loss to end of the beak, to center "toe" of one foot and to the tail feather rear edges. Very scattered minor rubbing here and there, primarily at one side of the neck and underneath. Marks clear.
