Condition: **There is a 12-3/4" vertical crack in the pigment to the lower right quadrant and four spider web-formed cracks to the lower left center that measures 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1-1/2". In the center of the cracks, there is a 1/8" loss to pigment. Condition is as to be expected as the thick impasto on the flexible canvas support has shifted as canvas slackens from its stretchers over time. Issues can be easily remedied with professional restoration, and backing the canvas with a wood panel support would be recommended. In otherwise good condition. NOTE: innate variations in surface texture (thinner layers of paint) along the upper right and lower right corners and a few small scattered spots throughout homogeneously fluoresce under UV light, although no inpainting was detected.
