including an English rosewood writing slope, mid-19th century, inlaid with sprays of mother-of-pearl roses, the interior fitted with compartments, lined with stamped velvet, h. 5", w. 12-3/4", d. 10-1/2", an English calamander wood glove box, mid-19th century, decorated with Elizabethan Revival appliques, lined with watered silk, h. 4", w. 10-3/4", d. 5", an Indian hardwood box, 20th century, with a hipped roof cover inlaid with elephants and ivy, the top decorated with piercing, h. 4", w. 8", d. 3", and an inlaid rosewood box, probably Dutch, 20th century, with inlaid rococo-style engraved brass work, h. 2", w. 7", d. 3-1/2".
