Empire-Style Gilt-Metal and Tole Table Lamp
mid-20th century, French, the tole base decorated with gilt mounts depicting Diana, Cybele, Minerva and Apollo, the vasiform body mounted with handles terminating in masques, mounted with a black and gilt paper shade.

Provenance: Collection of Julia Brooks and Clarke Thomas Reed, Greenville, Mississippi.

Condition: **In overall very good condition. Tole and gilt-metal mounts are intact. Lamp base exhibits some very minor nicks and scratches. The shade has a 2" x 2" tear above the rim.
