Five-Piece Chinese Porcelain Garniture Set 19th century, the famille jaune set comprised of two candlesticks, h. 8-3/4", w. 3-1/2", two zun-form vases, h. 8-3/4", w. 3-1/4", and a censer-shaped vessel with a lid on a raised base, finished with a foo dog finial on the lid, h. 11-1/2", w. 6-3/4".


  • Condition: Scattered firing cracks and anomalies. Wear to enamels, areas of thinning glaze and craquelure throughout. Cracks are visible where finial and one handle on censer have been repaired. The opposite handle has a small chip on the top. One zun-form vessel with a series of cracks and chips from an old repaired break. This vessel also has a nick to the rim exposing clay beneath the glaze. The remaining three pieces have standard wear consistent with age, material and display.
