French Gilt-Bronze and Glass Assembled Cave a Liqueur

fourth quarter 19th century, in the Aesthetic taste, the case resting on a mirrored platform with molded legs, and fans on the edge of the skirt, and trimmed with "bamboo" and an Asian-style trim and lock, the cover lifts and locks, with three 19th-century cut glass decanters and ten faceted liqueur glasses.

  • Condition: **Gilt-bronze in excellent condition with scattered patination and rubbing to gilt. Mirrored floor with patination to glass. The glasses are period and possibly original to the set. The decanters are additions to the set, each with chipping to corners.
