late 18th century, in the Chinese Chippendale taste, the rectangular top within a pierced gallery and above a conforming blind fret-carved frieze, raised on paneled tapering square legs ending in spade feet.

  • Condition: **In very good polished and restored condition. The piece exhibits normal minor mars and wear beneath the present surface.

    Tight and sturdy, with no movement noted where the legs join the top.

    There is a filled shrinkage crack in the top. There are some scattered high-quality professional repairs to the fretwork gallery. No notable losses observed.
