Contemporary Kittinger Argente and Ebonized Tall Chest, branded "Kittinger Buffalo", the case with a bank of four drawers framed by cyma molding, the drawer faces in silver-leaf with shaped ebonized pulls, h. 48-1/2", w. 36", d. 21".
- Condition: In overall very good condition. Tight and solid. All drawers slide smoothly. There are some scuffs and rubbing to the silver surfaces. There is one tight straight line in the top, extending in about 5" from an edge, presumably over shrinkage at the point where two boards are laminated. The top has some modest, faint surface scratches. The finish may be later.
