Louis XIV-Style Giltwood Pedestal Table
19th century, the dished circular top above a waisted shell-carved frieze, raised on molded cabriole legs joined by a dolphin-carved stretcher and ending in paw feet.

Condition: **In "as found" condition. Wear throughout to the surface and dirty. Nicks and losses to the gesso. Minor age cracks to the feet. No sign of damage or losses. The surface appears to be free of touch-ups to the gold. Very well carved, sturdy and heavy.
