early 20th century, of rounded rectangular form, with a double scrolling foliate crest above two paneled glazed doors, over two like doors, the sides also glazed, over an apron with polychrome scenes of courtiers in the manner of Vernis Martin, raised on molded legs ending in scrolled toes.

  • Condition: **In overall good condition, the surface exhibits rubbing to the gilt and some scattered finish losses. The piece exhibits normal shrinkage, wear and indications of age and use.

    Doors open and close freely. Locks are present and intact; a key is not. Fittings for shelves are present; shelves are not. The interior has been fitted for fluorescent lights, which are present and the back drilled with a small hole for the wire.

    One curved, glazed upper side panel has been replaced with plexiglass. The curved front glazed panels show a small gap at their center, not exactly conforming to the frames.
