Louis XVI-Style Mahogany Cabinet, early 20th century, in the chinoiserie taste, the raised center section with a molded cornice above an ormolu guilloche-carved frieze over a single cupboard door inset with an ebonized and incised panel with a polychrome oriental scene, flanked to either side by a recessed paneled section with turreted ends, the sides inlaid with like ebonized panels, raised on tapering toupie feet ending in ormolu lotus toes, the back bearing an indistinct French label, h. 58", w. 53", d. 16-1/2".
