Condition: **Please note that the painting is on cardboard, not paper as previously stated.
There is a 1" superficial horizontal tear to the carboard surface in upper left sky that extends to the edge. In the upper left quadrant there is a 1/2" horizontal pencil mark, which may be an innate anomaly/error of the artist's hand. In overall good condition. Painting was not examined out of the frame, because there are framer's nails embedded into the cardboard, which should only be removed by a professional framer.
