Mathurin Moreau (French, 1822-1912), "Flora", silvered and gilt bronze, cast signature and "E. Colin & Cie/Paris" foundry mark along bottom edge, on a rouge marble base, overall, h. 21-1/4", w. 8", d. 4-3/4".
- Condition: Generally in very good condition with scattered areas of abrading and rubbing to gilt surface. Proper right arm has a slightly loosened join. Proper right hand with two pin-sized holes suggesting possible missing element. Some whitish accretions in more deeply modeled areas. Small areas of oxidation in lips, eyes, ears and hair.
