  • Condition: **On one plate, there is a chip to the underside of the rim with a resultant 2-1/2" hairline crack. On the other plate, there are a few scattered chips to the edge of the rim, and the back of the foot rim has been mounted with a hanging ring. Both plates exhibit minor scuffs and surface scratches to rims, wells and undersides, which are to be expected with age, medium and use. Both plates also exhibit some innate firing anomalies - kiln marks, fissures, glaze bubbles and pops, and light peppering to undersides. In overall good condition with no significant losses or repairs.
