Pair of George III-Style Scagliola and Polychrome Demi-lune Tables

ca. 1900, in the manner of Robert Adam, each with a white scagliola top with black fan and lunette decor, over a fluted frieze centered by a carved urn, and a floral rosette above fluted legs with spade feet.

  • Condition: **In overall very good condition. Both tables are tight and sturdy, with no movement exhibited in the legs at their joint with the apron.

    Polychromy in very good condition with minor rubbing and wear.

    The tops have some minor soiling and small losses to the black stringing in the lines of the "rays" and the outermost black perimeter line stringing. There are no apparent breaks or structural repairs.
