Pair of Jacob Petit Paris Porcelain Ewers

mid-19th century, French, in the Renaissance taste, with dragon-molded spouts, entwined serpent handles and sculpted busts overlooking painted panels decorated with flowers and figures in Renaissance dress, the bases molded with grapes, signed "J.P." in underglaze blue.
