Pair of Paris Porcelain Pierced Fan Vases, mid-19th century, one decorated with biscuit flowers and a stag in a hunting horn, and the other with a crane and chicks, h. 16", w. 11", d. 5-1/2".


  • Condition: The example with a deer has scattered wear to gilt, with a larger area on the front bottom edge. The deer has loss of both rear feet and there is a missing leaf edge to the right leaf near the head. No restoration or cracks. The example with the crane has similar gilt wear as the other vase. There are two losses to feather tip on the crane and minor losses to head of the chick and one feather tip on the chick. No cracks or restorations.
