Rare Hand-Painted Porcelain Bourdaloue

second quarter 18th century, possibly Du Paquier, Vienna, Austria, decorated on one side with a dragon and on the other with a quail on a tree, in front of a fence, with a molded masque on the front.
h. 3-3/4", w. 9", d. 5"

  • Condition: **Scattered light wear to the exterior overall.
There is a 3" triangular restoration on the dragon side pointing down from the rim. There is restoration to the top of the flip handle where it joins the bowl. The entire interior has the same surface and color of the restored areas. This is visible in the online images. There is only very faint fluorescence at a small portion of the "triangle" and handle restorations.
