This is a 5'8" grand piano in satin ebony. It has some minor finish wear but no wood or veneer damage. There are finger marks on the fallboard from use but none heavy or deep. The strings are in good shape and it was at pitch when I tuned it. [March 19, 2019] All tuning pins have good torque, move easily and hold tuning well. The soundboard and bridges show no problems or cracking. The pedal system is all present and functioning well. The action shows some use, it has been played but not excessively. There is minimal wear to the hammers; the knuckles are in good shape and the action moves smoothly and precisely. The key bushings have no excess play. The dampers have no wobble or extra noise. The sound is even and consistent and typical of this model Steinway. Overall, it is in excellent condition and has been well maintained.
