  • Condition: On the oval-form vase, there are two small chips to the finial on the lid, and another chip to the inside rim of the vase. There are a few scattered losses to the pigment/glaze surface on one of the flowers on the vase body. On the globular-form vase, a 1" firing fissure opened and was sealed/repaired on the inside and over-painted with a near matching glaze. The inside of the vase base also exhibits some over-painted glaze/sealant. Vase also hasa small loss to its finial and a chip to the rim of its lid. Both vases exhibit some wear to their gilded finials, and minor firing anomalies (fissures and kiln debris), which are consistent with age and medium.
