the first hallmarked London, 1896-1897, by William Comyns & Sons, sterling silver gilt, the openwork frame embossed with rococo scroll decoration with birds and masques and cresting cartouche, 15" x 9-3/4";
the second unmarked, first quarter 20th century, Central or South American, embossed in the Spanish Colonial taste with roses and nalca on a matte ground, 14-3/4" x 11-1/4";
both glazed and with easel backs.


Provenance: Estate of Violeta Judell Van Ronzelen, Lima, Peru; New Orleans, Louisiana.
