Unusual German Liqueur Set, first quarter 20th century, including three liqueur bottles composed of amber-cased glass decorated with engraved scrollwork and flowers, the tops of the bottles with rococo collars and set with stoppers with cupid finials, all fitting together in a round sterling silver holder, marked "Sterling Silver, Germany", h. 11-1/2", dia. 5-1/4", together with eleven matching glasses composed of glass with alternating panels matching the decanters, with signed sterling bases, h. 2-1/4", dia. 1-1/4".


  • Condition: In overall very good condition. On the decanters, there is a chip to the side edge of one, and two "fleabite" chips to another on its stopper bottom and to its foot rim. One of the cordial glasses also has a "fleabite" chip to its rim.
