Victorian Oak Partner's Desk, third quarter 19th century, with an inset leather top, each end fitted with a pair of drawers, raised on turned legs with brass cup casters, h. 32-1/4", w. 59-3/4", d. 55-1/2".
- Condition: In overall very good condition. The refinished surface exhibits nominal mars, wear and surface imperfections from use. The tooled leather top is in quite good condition but for a number of smudges and scrapes where the color has been lifted. There are also a couple paint smudges to the top. The locks are missing from three drawers. The drawer with the original lock plate is missing the internal mechanism. The cock-beading has been replaced at the locks to make the void created on top of the drawer edge by their absence.
