early 19th century, the hood with a broken-arch pediment and brass eagle finial, the mid-section with a bowfronted figured mahogany door and chamfered corner case, the base with a scalloped front and sides, and fitted with an eight-day brass time-and-strike movement and calendar dial.

  • Condition: **In good condition. A small veneer chip at the top of the hood door. Scattered old shrinkage. One vertical shrinkage crack to the front lower panel. The mid-door is lacking its lock. Good, old, warm patina to the surface. Although we do not guarantee the working condition of clocks, this one has been running fine while on display. Winding key, pendulum and weights present.
