The sale features a collection of Post-Impressionist paintings by artists such as Theo van Rysselberghe, Maximilien Luce, Louis Valtat and others from the Estate of Gary Baxter Webb, Houston, Texas. The sale includes property from several other estates and private collections from throughout the country. Other highlights include a fine collection of Russian furniture, jewelry and decorative arts; Southern regional and American paintings; and offerings by Buccellati and more.

Conditions of Sale
Payment: We accept payments by check, cash and wire transfer; we also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover for invoices up to $25,000. We do not accept Paypal. All payments must be in US dollars. Wire transfer information available on request.
Shipping: New Orleans Auction Galleries does not provide shipping. A list of local shippers whom our clients have used and found to be reliable is available on request.
Taxes:
- All sales are final - no refunds.
- Artwork in its original condition may be returned within 5 days of purchase against store credit only, valid for one year.
- No returns of custom framed artwork, special orders, dedicated or commissioned items.
- Framing available through gallery. Allow 4-8 weeks for custom framing.
- All rights belonging to the holder of the copyright, including the production rights, shall remain with the Artist.
- NY State sales tax will be added to all NY State orders upon purchase.
Condition : All sales are "As-is, where-is" and final. New Orleans Auction Galleries does not offer refunds. The absence of a condition report does not indicate that a lot is good condition or free of damage; bidders are strongly encouraged to a request a condition report for any lot in which they are interested.
