Condition: **There is a 3" crescent-shaped loss to pigment and ground in the upper right corner. An area in the upper right center has tiny scattered losses and cleavage cracks. Painting exhibits previous signs of professional restoration. It has been relined and the edges taped. Small spots of retouched inpainting are scattered throughout, and there appears to be two older horizontal repairs to the tree in the upper left center and in the lower left quadrant, but the painting has been relined and the layers of varnish make it difficult to penetrate the surface with UV light. Fine craquelure is present throughout. There is a visible cracked repair to the top right side of the frame. In good estate condition.
