Italian Neoclassical Polychrome and Faux Marbre Commode
19th century, the rounded rectangular faux marbre top above a conforming case fitted with three long drawers, each with polychrome chain banding and a central sword and torchere design, the sides with like banding and central helmet designs, raised on tapering circular legs.

Condition: **In very good condition with an attractive painted surface. There is a shrinkage crack on each side which runs vertically through the center of the panels. Minor scattered dings, rubs and imperfections to the surface from age and use. Good overall patina. Drawer interiors are clean.
