Unusual Chinese Flambe-Glazed Vessel, Liukongping, Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), probably 19th century, the purple flambe-glazed jar with six long slender necks, each with a white mouth rim, on a carved wooden stand, vessel, h. 15", overall, h. 20", w. 9".


  • Condition: In overall good condition. Craquelure throughout and some slight darkening along each of the vessel's mouth rims. Some scattered firing anomalies including what appears to be a 1/4" nick to the foot rim. All wear is consistent with age, material and display. No evidence of restoration.
