Collection of Three Meissen Porcelain "Motto Children"
German, including a wounded cupid tending birds, marked "Je blesse et Soulage", early 20th century, h. 6", w. 2-1/4", a cupid with a quiver of arrows, marked "Je les balance", 20th century, h. 5-3/4", dia. 2-1/4", and a cupid lassoing a heart, marked "Je le dompte", ca. 1860-1922, after a model by Michel Victor Acier, h. 6", w. 3-1/2".

Condition: **JE BLESSE ET SOULAGE:
One wing has been reseated. Both shoulders with what appears to be a faint glaze crack or a faint "seam". There is slight fluorescence here but there is nothing further to indicate actual repairs.
Base good.
Crossed swords with two cancellation marks. Underglaze: "F.14.", "701-" and rouge de fer: "20.".
Marks are detail #3 online.
JE LES BALANCE:
Loss to the majority of an object in the raised hands along with forefinger and tip of thumb in the outer hand.
Base good.
Underglaze: "F2." and "430" in script along with illegible rouge de fer numerals.

JE LE DOMPTE:
Mirror in outer hand with old restoration. The ribbon lasso with old restorations and losses.
Base good.
Underglaze: "F.16." and rouge de fer: "34".
